Only In Oklahoma dives into the rich history of Oklahoma’s unique contribution to country music, tracing its evolution from Western Swing to Red Dirt revival. I drew inspiration from the warm, earthy tones of Oklahoma landscapes and landmarks, vintage concert posters, as well as the music itself to create a design that echoes the genre’s roots.

This project celebrates the artists, places, and pivotal moments that built Oklahoma’s distinct music legacy. Designed to be both educational and immersive, the site reflects my passion for regional history, music, and digital storytelling. This project challenged me to balance content-rich storytelling with subtle interactions— allowing history, culture, and sound to guide the aesthetic at every step.
